We specialize in mortgage protection life insurance, final expense life insurance, retirement planning through universal life policies and retirement protection through the use of fixed index annuities.
We believe that every full time agent that works with us should net a minimum of $100,000 a year. This is the reason we offer very competitive contracts and strong renewals on multiple products. We want our agents helping more families than they ever dreamed possible, while also being allowed to enjoy their lives with their own families while achieving financial independence.

At Family First Life we offer aggressive compensation. Our comp plan tops off at 145%, well above the industry average. We believe in the producers being able to net as much money possible off of their personal production. Raises in commission are given every two months based upon issued paid production
We do not believe in cold calling to generate sales. We work with a number of different vendors to generate leads, but one thing they all have in common is the fact that they all define a “Lead” as a client that contacts us for help. You will only deal with people who are actively looking for life insurance.
We hold Free Quarterly Sales Conferences that are hosted by FFL's Vice Presidents and Sales Managers. We currently have Quarterly Sales Conferences in over 100 cities across the country. Training is conducted live, via podcsts, webinars, calls, videos etc... and ALL of our training is free.
Our innovative tracking system uploads our agents’ leads into our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system as soon as they come in. This allows the agent to track the status of the lead in every stage, therefore making their lives a lot more organized and insuring detailed attention to each and every client.
1. DIRECT SALES COMMISSIONS: Derived from the policies that you personally sell. The average paycheck per policy is $1,000.
2. AGENCY OVERRIDES: If you decide to start an Agency, you would receive an override commission on any agent that you hire when they sell a policy. The override commission is equal to the difference of commission levels between you and your agents. The average override commission is 15% of the Annual Premium.
3. RENEWAL COMMISSIONS: The average renewal commission is 5%
